In-App Support

Access support directly from StorytellerOS:

  1. Click the help icon (?) in the navigation
  2. Select Contact Support
  3. Fill out the support form
  4. Submit your request

In-app support automatically includes your account information, making it easier for us to help you.

Never send API keys, passwords, or other sensitive credentials in support requests. We will never ask for these.

Found a bug? Help us fix it by reporting:

  4. Environment: Browser, device, operating system

Security Issues

If you discover a security vulnerability:
