Athenia Creative Services, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates StorytellerOS, a business intelligence platform for authors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Our Commitment: StorytellerOS is built on a privacy-first, Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) architecture. We do not store your creative work, manuscripts, social media content, or generated images on our servers.
Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address (for authentication and communication)
- Account preferences and settings
- Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe)
Usage Information
- Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Feature usage analytics
- Performance and error logs
Third-Party API Keys
You provide your own API keys for third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic, social media platforms, etc.). These keys are encrypted and stored securely. We use them solely to facilitate your use of the platform.
What We Do NOT Collect or Store
- Manuscripts and creative writing: Your books, chapters, and scenes remain in your connected Airtable base
- Social media content: Posts, captions, and images are not stored on our servers
- AI-generated content: Communications with LLMs go directly through your API keys
- Marketing emails: Campaign content and subscriber data remain in your connected systems

- Provide and maintain the StorytellerOS platform
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send service updates and important notifications
- Improve platform features and user experience
- Provide customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Services
StorytellerOS integrates with the following third-party services:
- Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
- Supabase: Authentication and user management
- Airtable: Your data storage (you own and control this data)
- Social Media Platforms: Publishing content via your API keys
- LLM Providers: AI assistance via your API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic)

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure API key storage, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention
